SMEs MORE INFLUENCED BY ICT RESELLER
Zutphen, 2 april 2007 - The influence of ICT Services Providers on the ICT policy of Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)is already considerable and is even expected to increase the next 2 years. This is one of the three conclusions from the analysis that has been made acting upon C-it, the Early Warning Company.
When it comes to budgets then organizations do have obvious annual reservations, but when it will come to actual investments is unclear. Ad-hoc decisions and ad-hoc spending is the most common seen practice, according ICT-professionals working in the SME-segment.
By far (66%) the most of the ICT-professionals experience an increasing influence they have on the ICT-questions with their end customers. Even more (72%) ICT=professionals expect their influence to increase the next 2 years. None of the respondents sees a decreasing influence.
